Q195 brand is a Chinese brand grade of carbon introductory steel ,"q" represents yield quality,"195"signifies the yield quality is 195 Mpa, and inflexibility is 315 – 430 Mpa, information is tried dependent on a 16 mm range brand bar. Q195 material has multiple uses, as the manufacture of line rods, brand plates. It has high flexibility , toughness and weldability, good pressure and processable, but low strength. Wire rods can be cold drawn into low carbon brand lines, either to make black or galvanized iron line, tie line, welded line mesh, line hedge, and multiplex fresh. Cold and hot- rolled steel sheet are universally used in roofing panels, embellishing panels, packaging receptacles, iron cans, instrument cases, switch boxes, preservative covers etc.
Q235 steel is successive to Japanese brand grade SS400 in play, the only difference is that SS400 steel requires only S, P composition < 0.050, Q235, which is fair the same to SS400 245Mpa. The undermining product on Q235 carbon steel is generally brown loose substance, while that on 304 spotless brand is generally light color strain-like one. The undermining extent and the penetration of the carbon blade is big deeper than those for antiseptic blade.
