Super Duplex 2507 Pipe is a super duplex material made metal pipe. The super duplex is an alloy of chromium, molybdenum and nickel. The material has very high corrosion resistance properties and is resistant to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and uniform corrosion as well. The Alloy 2507 Seamless Pipes are produced through a method called the cold drawing. Cold drawn pipes are seamless or have smooth surfaces. Super Duplex is an austenitic-ferritic iron chromium – nickel alloy with molybdenum addition. It has good resistance to pitting and a very good tensile strength and high resistance to stress corrosion cracking at moderate temperatures, compared to that of conventional austenitic stainless steels.

The piping systems in desalination plants, fuel systems, chemical industries and food processing industries use the super duplex grades.
