IS 1239 Steel Pipes material consist of different grades, three grades as followed, Fe330, Fe410 and Fe450. Jindal IS 1239 Grade B Seamless Pipes are used in applications involving Galvanized Steel Fencings, Industrial Water Lines, Road Barriers, Parking Barriers, Plant Piping, Agriculture and Irrigation. They are made up of phosphorus, manganese, Sulphur and carbon, as Sulphur and phosphorus remain as it is in all the grade where the other elements change in quantities with the grades of the pipes. Its minimum tensile strengths 330MPa, 410MPa and 450MPa. Zinc is used to coat the IS 1239 Gi Pipes forms a thick layer that acts as a protective layer. It also enabling the pipe's ability to resist corrosion.
