Copper Nickel Round Bar is a superior quality product because its superior quality has become much high in demand. They are an alloy of copper that contains nickel and other strengthening elements like manganese and iron. Copper Nickel Flat Bar is wide in range of structural and architectural applications and can only be hardened by cold working.
They are a kind of metal product bearing rectangle section, also has high resistance together with resistance corrosion fatigue. Copper Nickel Round Bar is also known as cupronickel round bar which is widely used for marine applications due to its good fabricability and excellent resistance to seawater corrosion. Other elements can also be added to increase its hardening, strength, corrosion resistance, and weldability.
Cupro Nickel Round Bar resists corrosive and erosive actions of constantly moving seawater, they are long, cylindrical copper-nickel bar stock which has so many industrial and commercial applications. Cupro Nickel Rods with 10 and 30% nickel are very commonly employed for the condenser, distiller, evaporator and heat exchanger tubes, and they are highly resistant to corrosion by saltwater hence it is used for heat exchangers and condensers in seawater systems.
Cupro Nickel Round bars are moderately hard but also tough and ductile. Some important properties of Cupro Nickel Round Bar are good tensile strength, inherent resistance to macro fouling, corrosion resistance, excellent ductility when annealed, good thermal ductility and conductivity, thermal conductivity and expansion characteristics amenable for condensers and heat exchanger, and at cryogenic temperatures and beneficial antimicrobial touch surface properties.
